That’s it. Summer is ongoing, hardly. We faced several heat waves already and unfortunately it is not over…
BUT! Our participants of this year Summer School edition were very brave and their desire for discovery and knowledge was stronger than the heat! 💪
This year again 19 Bachelor students joined us to discover Integrative biology in Strasbourg.
Our participants, accompanied by the PhD candidates of our amazing organization committee, discovered the labs of IMCBio+ and did science related activities!
From electronic microscopy to mouse facility, through photonic microscopy, structural biology or flow cytometry, they took part in a lot of workshops.
They also discovered Strasbourg, visited our famous Cathedral, tasted French and Alsatian gastronomy or even took a boat all around the city and discovered our newly renovated zoological museum and, of course, had the opportunity to discuss with a lot of scientists!
And last but not least, they discovered in details the program of our master track: “iBioS” with our head master Prof. Michaël Ryckelynck.
